Can I cancel my order once it has been submitted?
You may request that an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. We ship our packages out the end of every business day around 5 to 6PM (CST).
Can I change my order once submitted?
You can alter your order by canceling an item from your order, upgrade shipping methods or change the shipping address. However, adding or exchanging items or styles once an order is submitted is not permitted.
Does Revo Hair have a wholesale program?
Revo Hair does not offer a wholesale program.
What is the Revo Hair Return or Exchange Policy?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Can I color hair extensions?
Yes you may dye unprocessed virgin hair. We recommend that you seek an experienced stylist to match the color you desire.
Hair that has already been colored may not accept color as readily, we recommend seeking an experienced stylist to see how much additional color/shade the hair may accept.
Can I cut the weft?
We recommend that you do not cut the wefts unless you absolutely need to. If you do cut the weft, tell your hair stylist to seal the weft to prevent shedding.
Can I use styling tools on my weave?
Yes you can because they are made of human hair. We recommend that you reduce the amount of heat used on the hair to prevent damage and always use a heat protectants on your hair.
How many bundles do I need for a full sew in?
We recommend 2-3 bundles for a full head. For lengths 20 inches and longer, we recommend at least 3 bundles. This is only a suggestion, depending on your desired hair style you may need less or more.
Do I have to register to use your website? If not, what are the benefits to register?
