Shipping / Return
We offer free UPS ground shipping on any online orders $99 or more in the contiguous United States (not including Alaska and Hawaii). The merchandise must total $99 after any discounts and before tax and shipping. Free shipping will be automatically applied to qualifying orders at check out.
Postage costs are calculated according to the chosen destination. When checking out, you will see the impact of the delivery costs on the total price of your order. If the destination where you wish to be delivered is not included among the available options - you can contact us so we can include it for you.
We advise you to group your items in one order.
From the moment your order has been processed, the shipping time for your order is around 1 to 2 business days in the US. Once the payment of your order is made, we will process your order within 48 hours, and ship a box package with UPS.
The shipping time for other destinations will vary depending on the destination.
We will provide you with a number of your package, and a link that allows you to track online the delivery of your package.
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase at RevoHair. However, if there are any issues with your purchase we'd be happy to help fix the problem.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- We only accept merchandise that has not been opened or altered in any way.
- All tags and original packaging must be fully intact.
- All returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days from date of purchase and shipped within 30 days of Returns Approval.
- Shipping Charges will not be Refunded
- Returns not in original condition may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Final Sale Items clip-in extensions, wigs, hairpieces, and clearance items, will not be accepted as returns/exchanges.
